Make with fresh or dried leaves.
- Crush a few leaves with your fingers.
- Boil water in a pot.
- Once boiled, turn off heat and add leaves.
- Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
- Strain and enjoy!
It is better to add the leaves once the water has boiled, this helps keep the natural oils in the plant.
For an even easier way, just buy a packet of tea bags.
If you are going to use tea bags, I suggest you buy organic. Then you get the full impact your body wants.
