If you are in the habit of boiling vegetables, you lose a lot of the phytochemicals. In my opinion, not worth eating once boiled. I don’t boil any food, I feel it’s a destructive way to cook something.
Microwaving food is no better, it is comparable to boiling. Consequently, if you shove the cauliflower in the microwave you also run the risk of destroying the phytochemicals. I don’t like using a microwave either.
Stir fry is ok, it depends on which oil you are using though, that will determine whether the phytochemicals are destroyed.
