I have drunk a small amount every day for about a year, and I can’t say that I have lost weight. Although, I don’t seem to put on any weight regardless of what I eat.

Mix a small amount around 1 tablespoon with 2 to 3 tablespoons of water and drink at least 15 minutes before eating.
The taste is not for everyone if you feel you can’t handle it add it to a little bit of juice. Otherwise, you can buy ACV with the mother and added honey.
You can buy ACV diet supplements, they are much more expensive. Personally, I feel you are better off taking the vinegar itself. Doing this, not proven mind you, the vinegar is able to break down fat and detoxify the liver.

Acetic acid can apparently block the body’s ability to digest starch, this means less starch is broken down into calories.
Because the vinegar is highly acidic, it could damage the enamel on your teeth, be careful, always dilute apple cider with water.

Use it on your face to clear up eczema, by diluting a small amount in water and either dabbing or spraying on the skin.
